I would like to thank you again for the time and effort that went into your inspection.  I have now read the report, twice, and appreciate the ease of reading it.  It is nice also to have the Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors.  I know veterinary medicine but am a bit ignorant on home inspection requirements.   I especially like the “Home Owner’s Tips” that are scattered throughout the report, I find them informative and insightful.

I am quite impressed with the folder that you provided including the Home Systems Guide, I suspect it will be very useful.  This folder will be perfect to keep on hand as a quick reference where different valves, equipment, etc. are in the house.

Thank you also for scheduling the inspection so quickly and for waiting for me so that we could scan through the report together.

The price of the inspection was well worth it.
