Our experience with Hoaglin Signature Home Inspection has been great. Right from the beginning Bob made sure we were taken care of. We had a tight schedule and needed an inspection right away and Bob rearranged his schedule and made himself available to accommodate our urgent request.

Bob invited my wife and me to attend the tail end of the inspection so he could give us the inspection report and familiarize us with certain aspects of our home. It was clear that he knew his stuff regarding home inspection and we were both very impressed! He was very thorough and presented the results of the inspection in a three ring binder that included color photos and great explanations. He went through the report with us personally and explained each section in easy to understand terms and made sure we were clear on each part. He even gave us suggestions for improving different areas of need in the home.

We have been very impressed with Bob and the whole home inspection process. The peace of mind that came from the inspection is a great feeling. We would highly recommend Bob Hoaglin and Hoaglin Signature Home Inspection to anyone who is looking for a home inspector. Thanks Bob!
