You’re not going to find a better home inspector than Bob. He’s also a great general contractor and understands everything about how a home should be built and maintained. I’ve used other home inspectors in the past, and they are nowhere near as thorough nor as knowledgeable. He spent over five hours on my inspection and meticulously photographed and documented all his findings in a binder along with tips for repairs. It’s 42 pages long! He also provides other helpful literature and he can do the full gamut of testing – meth, mold, and radon. Very impressed.
