Bob Hoaglin did a home inspection on a home I have just purchased.  He’s very knowledgeable about how a home should function and gave great homeowner tips on how to improve things that need adjusting.  He provided a three ring binder with all of the pertinent information along with photographs of areas that needed attention. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a qualified home inspector.
